to be honest, the climate in the world challenges us in so many different ways on who we are supposed to be.  my personal experience has been, where I will commit to all things except myself. with this challenge, you are able to reclaim yourself + recommit most importantly, while having a group of people willing to hold you accountable. By building these daily habits we will be able to communicate to our community the way we desire to be loved, seen + heard, simply because we experience it on a daily with ourselves.
