your project + the specific turn around time will depend on the service(s) chosen + the quantity - however general timeframe for a single service can range from 2-14 business days.

as of right now the branding firm is open from 12-5 pm eastern standard time. the firm is closed on holidays, however orders may be sent out on weekends if a rush fee is added to the order.

you will receive updates during the turnaround time - in the event that there is a backlog of orders + a delay is potential this will be communicated right away. please refrain from contacting me about orders, as this will throw off from the design process + potentially cause your order + others to take longer. if there is anything needed on our firm will reach out to you.

you will be provided with 3 complimentary revisions. however, anything exceeding this limit will be charged an additional $10 per revision.

for a request of a completely new design, you will be charged the initial design fee again.

once final designed are sent, designs can be edited at a $20 fee.

once designs have started, there are no circumstances any refunds available. all services are non refundable.
