here are some frequently asked questions we answered, in hopes of making your process much smoother. if you need anything else don't hesitate to reach out via our contact form

all of our products + services are listed in canadian dollars (cad). however, if you’re in another country, you can always select your currency to make the shopping experience more seamless for you!

as of right now we currently accept the following payment methods:

visa, mastercard, american express, paypal, shopify pay, apple pay + afterpay.

if you have hit the submit order button a bit too quickly, please contact our support team as soon as possible at | therichxlife@gmail.com + we will try our best to cancel the order for you. please keep in mind, if the order has been confirmed + shipped, this may not be possible. if this does happen, a store credit or electronic gift card can be provided for the order amount. 

when you’ve checked out, your credit card company actually puts an authorization for the amount of the order on your card. this amount is held by your credit card company while your order goes through a verification process. this is just to ensure that the billing information + shipping address matches up. our company does not receive payment until it has been released! if for some odd reason, both authorizations have processed, please reach out to us or your financial institution!

after every order, you should receive a confirmation email with your order number + a summary of the payment. as soon as our fulfillment team picks + packs your order, you will automatically get a shipping confirmation email that will contain the tracking number for either canada post (canadian addresses) or ups (international addresses). we strive to get you your packages as soon as possible + aim to have packages shipped out within 2-5 business days after processing time. if you do not receive any information within this timeframe of 2-5 business days, please email us therichxlife@gmaill.com or reach out to us on social media + we will look into it for you!

when this status appears, it means that the carrier has not yet scanned the label/shipment to activate it’s updates. once they scan it, you should start to see updates in the tracking status right away. if you still do not see any updates after several days, email us at therichxlife@gmail.com with your order number + we will get to the bottom of it.

we ship internationally for most if not all of our products through ups or dal! if you do place an order from another country however, we are not responsible for any taxes or duties levied by your country’s border services. 

if you live in a neighbourhood that has a community mailbox, often the postal service will leave a parcel locker key in your mailbox to unlock the larger box. another reason for this is if you live in a building where the concierge or the security desk accepts all of your packages. please note that as much as we will attempt to assist you, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. nonetheless, please reach out to us via email: therichxlife@gmail.com and we will assist with launching an investigation with the respective courier. 

as of right now we currently service the family through e-commerce channel only.

at this time we currently do not provide refunds. all sales are final.
